Rudraksha trees are not only found in the Himalayan region, but also in some parts of Southeast Asia, Indonesia, and Nepal. The trees prefer growing at different altitudes from 300 meters to about 1800 meters. The seeds possess a peculiar shape that bears numerous facets or mukhis, giving it its unique appearance.
